Last weekends before my wedding

6days before my wedding:
After doing the really tiring childhood Montage at home, rush to Bugis... ...Finally I got abit of time for shopping with Sis Joey =p

5days before my wedding:
Went shopping at NEX with Edward and his family, we couldn't find what we wanted... Gosh... Time really passes fast and seems not enough for us!! love the dessert shop there =p
Received ''I will be there'' album while preparing and packing the wedding stuffs!

listening to it really cheer me up!
Again, I Slept for just a few hrs last night!

4 days before my wedding:
Here I am! Back to work again, I am really tired =_=zZ Thanks God that he is with me!!
Today will be the last fitting of our gowns and collecting our photos album!

Enjoyed myself on our Company dinner and dance with Hollywood and Bollywood theme! I love dressing up for photos but hate being call up to stage, Luckily we were not call by the Mcee because... Everyone else dressed like a Superstar!!! What about me??

On April 2010...

My Japanese Boss (Sudo) has been transferred to Vietnam after

working in Singapore for 4 to 5 yrs.

Althought I only joined this company for 2yrs,

he is the best boss I have ever met.

Why do I say so??

He is always very patient towards me, used to tidy my files,

helps to reply emails / scan documents and not only he tidy my cupboard

for me, he always protect me in the office from being bully =P

I used to feel worried when he went business trip but to my suprise,

he actually check & replied emails even though he is overseas.

Time flies and I'm already a mother of two...sense of fulfillment somehow :)

The most excited moment we are looking forward to is 2010 where Kelly, Joey and Joanne will be having their respective customary wedding, we are moving to our own house at the end of 2010 and hopefully Sharon has her princess in 2010 too!!! Its really gonna be a exciting and a joyous year!

Christmas is around the corner and oh ya, i forgot to reply to Joey's sms...hehehee! Kushin-bo X'mas dinner again this year?? Dong dong dong 123......

I can see Lilo and Lara having more friends to play with in the next few years, can't wait to see little Joey, little Joanne and little Kelly arriving on earth (*-*) ...however, it may also means that we will have even lesser time to meet up then. Had a fun Saturday night with Linging and Joey!
Before Arena, we went to a R&B club which we thought might be nice ^_^ But it turned out to be a dark, cold & smoky club just like a haunted house =_=''
Thinking of warming up ourselve, we went to the back alley and was lucky enough
to have found a few nice seats with candles light.
Ended up... ...The only seat left for us will be around the dark dustbin area if we want =_=''
So we decided to get out of this cool & smoky place to another club!
It was really too dark & smoky that someone lead us the wrong way to a dead end. LOLz!
Finally... ...We went to Arena~! heehee...!

The live band & music is very nice!!!

But we kept wondering why the girl behind always look so sad! Hahaha! LOLz!

Eventhough on diet... I couldn't control myself ~_~''

Having nice drinks, foods & music... They also can't control themselve!

It's my birthday again...! heehee...! I'm really happy to celebrate my birthday with one of my best and lovely friend Ms. Kelly *^_^* her birthday is just 3 days before mine!! She is not only a very nice, easy going, gentle and helpful girl... She is also one of the most kind hearted friend I ever have.

I am Lucky to have them celebrate with me and I want it Every Year!!! Heehee...!! Always enjoyed every outing with them & their hubbys no matter to where *^_^* they are all just like my Sisters and Brothers =P heehee...hee... Friendship is just so amazing that we have never ending stories to share with each other (msn from 8am till 5pm and meet up after work, continue with our chatting), laugh at each others jokes even if it is a lame one, having different characters but same hobbies and favourites *^_^*

On my Birthday lunch time, colleagues suprised me with a birthday lunch in Secret Receipe & bought me a very very nice and big cheese cake *~_~* This year was special to me! Heehee... coz, it was chinese valentine's day and on 26 August... I am 26 years old because the 3rd prize came out to be 1616 =,S

I am really touched and appreciate what my lovely colleagues had done for me *^_^* as it's not easy to work and play like a family as well as having such working partners who will be so happy celebrating your birthday for you just like their own birthday *^_^* Too bad Pang was not feeling well on that day so he couldn't join us for lunch and cakes...

Was waiting for my dear to fetch me after work that day ... zzz ... but ... zzz ... 5pm ... still no news from him then realise he was sick =S poorthing, got stomach flu... So went back to his house and accompany him to the clinic, after that... It's cake cutting time again! Heehee...!

I am so happy that I got many cakes this year =D He also gave me a birthday card with 2 pairs of pretty earrings he made himself *^_^* heehee... He is always so sweet but sometimes never behave well.

ShuJun ~ My secondary school mate =P She never fail to wish me HappyBirthday every year! One year, she sent me a viedo of her singing! Birthday song =)

Jeannie ~ My ex colleague in ANL shipping, I will never forget her as her birthday is just one day after mine & she is very similar with me =P things like clothings, colours, food, character and even people we like and dislike are all the same! She is the 1st girl I know who like to eat cup noodles with only abit of hot water added! *Same as me!*

Edmond ~ One of my best buddy! He is the best guy friend I have ever know! Good in planning, cooking, finding nice foods in Singapore and etc. Love going ktv with him, he can sing very well! Even shopping & chatting he is the one I can find! ...But... B4 he is in a relationship! Hahaha! =P

Joreen ~ Don't know why, but I love to be friend with her =P heehee....! She is like my little sister *Same age as my brother* A nice friend and A lovely girlfriend who will shower her boyfriend will all her love! *^_^*

Jasmine ~ A sweet & pretty girl who is very easy going and fun to be with. Haha ha! We (Joey, Jasmine & Me) used to club together everyweek when we were all single =P I will never forget what she told me when I first met Edward at dblO *Shhhh... It's our secret!* I miss her alot too!

Jack ~ One of my brother's best friend since primary school =) In primary school, we called him ''Jet Lee'' haha! because he was a vegetarian and a little botak, whenever his daddy was angry with him he got to shave his hair @_@! LOL....! Now, we started calling him ''Jay Ng'' Hahaha...! 9 out of 10 songs he sing is from Jay Chow.

Eugene ~ My cousin (Joey's brother) As Lazy / Lame and charming as me! LOL..!!
WeiYang~ My cousin, very cute little boy.. ...When he was a kid! haha! Now erm... very cute and ''BIG'' boy.. hahaha!

LingLing~ A very nice friend who is now married with a Cute daughter *^_^* Her hubby and her are expert in playing all kinds of games in club. Haha ha! Clubbing with them was never boring. They are not only good friends, but also someone who will take care of you just like your elder brother / sister!

Candace is also one of them, her birthday is on 03 August 1983. She is now my colleague and good friend *^_^* Very outgoing, friendly, fun to be with and talkative! We can be drunk like crazy just the 2 of us =P But she is serious and hardworking at work =_= a totally different person during office hour, I can hardly hear a sound from her in office although she is not that far away from me =_='' Bet she will be a Manager one day! hahaha!

Does she look playful? Heehee...! We bring her to a suprise lunch at Hans, but it ended up not so suprising... Haha ha! So we have to do something more special for her, decorate in the meeting room before she go in!!! We have to do it quickly as Stefanie and Myself are both very busy and afraid bosses might have guests on the same time @_@! Haha ha! Nothing much in our office... But only alot of different colours post it note! LOL...!! Bought her a very nice eye shadow and lip gross =P the colours was so attractive that I almost buy it for myself too =P

Too bad I really could not join in the photo taking with alot of urgent stuffs still pending. So I hide Stefanie's hp on Viedo mode, trying to record what is happening inside =P Haha! But I have placed the phone LOW!!!! =(

We took 2hrs+ from our resort to the Northern part of Bali over 2 moutains and 2hrs+ back to our resort across that 2 moutains again. Just because of... ...Joey's dream...

All the headache, backache, breathless, vomiting are worth it after watching their Great performance and touching them =D The water must be -0 degree =S my hands turned red and I can feel the pain when I was in the pool. heehee....!

Another good exprience =P I love underwater world!!! We went to middle of the sea and walk down 5meters deep into the sea with that oxygen helmet *wonder why dear's helmet got water* =P It was really nice & fun touching the fishes and feeding them =D Although I feel very very cold, but I don't wish to end it =P

Even Joey also can't stop viewing the fishes! Hahahaha! LOL....!

Pastor prince told us a story about his grandmother who used to be a Taoism...

She saw our lord and savior Jesus Christ when she was very weak despite she never believe in Christ before.

After hearing his story, I am so shocked & believe it is true because when My grandmother was hospitalize few months ago...

1st day she was suspected with Tuberculosis (an infection caused by a bacteria which usually affects the lungs, but it can spread to the kidneys, bones, spine, brain, and other parts of the body even to another person.) She had her X-ray and there was also lots of tiny tumors around her stomach. So she was in the ICU room that limited only for 4 visitors per day and everyone who wanted to visit her got to wear a mask before entering the room. She was very weak, upset & waiting to go back home.

Praying to God everyday and night was the only thing I could do... Not only prayed for her health, I prayed that she will not be afraid and she will know that God is always with her.

Few days later, she changed to normal ward which everyone was allowed to visit her as doctor result came out showing 0% TB and tumors in her stomach disappeared.

She look happlier and started praising the Lord to whoever walks in the ward, she told us... She saw Jesus Christ the day before she change her ward while she was sleeping, she opened her eyes when the room was dark & with her bad eye sight / weak body, she could only see someone (a blur shadow) switched on the light for her as he walked in.. Grandma looked to the clock nearby, seeing 4.30am in the morning... She told this men, she was so thirsty as she could not eat or drink... This men replied her that she can't drink any water at that time, she must rest more & told her not to be afraid, he will sleep by her side accompany her. She than said the men was Jesus. Non of us went to visit her at 4.30am as well.

I am so shocked, happy & touched to hear that, God really answered our prayer =) he even let her know that he will be with her and she need not be afraid.

Eventhough she did not manage to go back home, sufferring from lung & brain cancer she always cheer us up by saying she is not afraid, she wanted to go and find Jesus and stay with him forever.

My all time favourite toy is just a Tin according to Ah mah =P

Ah gong used to always buy baked beans for me when I am young as he know I like it, he love to drink Red Bull but I until now I think it taste like medicine =P

I miss them and can't wait to see them again in heaven ... Zzz

Denny ans : The Bible is true because it is God's Word. God's Word has been proven true again and again. We know the Bible is true for several reasons.

It was Okuda's first clubbing in Singapore & she was so excited even on the day before =D wondering what to wear until on that day itself, she brought a pretty black top at a shopping mall near her house =P heehee....~!

Sunday (14 June 2009) - Only realise that Suntec Citymall was having IT show when we were stuck on the traffic Q-ing for carpark on our way to church. So we got no choice but to turn back, as we will definitely missed the service & ended up still in the heavy jam...

So we went to Dempsy Road for my favourite Ben & Jerry's Icecream!

HeeHee...~ Ordered a double belgian waffle, a scoop of Chocolate Therapy & Chunky Monkey with hot fudge & m&m toppings!

Gosh! It is super Delicious....!! I always can't get enough of Ben & Jerry's!! I LOVE YOU!

Ah mah took care of Joey and Me (Joanne) when we were young & most of her kids are still single. We used to stay in Boon Lay blk 188 #05-*** a very small scary dark home but it was cosy & warm with the feeling of Love everyday =)

Staying with ah gong, ah mah & all our uncles/aunties was so fun eventhough everyone of us sleep on a thin mattress in the living room as we do not have any nice bed.

During that time, our youngest uncle (Alvin) were only 8yrs old and I was 7 years younger than him =P Time flies..... =S Everymorning, ah mah will make milo for me once I wokeup with a ''nice'' posture (Joey should know) hahaahahaha...!! She loves to gamble, and always bring us along to her gambling house provided Joey will not bring her story book! =P

My brother (Andy) did not stay with us but with his nanny next to ah mah's block & this is how we used to decide what time + where to meet during the weekend.
Call him...: "Hello, ah boy! Tomorrow we meet at the See-Saw when you see the sky is bright & blue okay?!" Hahahahaha!

After we meet him next morning, we will go to a same coffee shop for breakfast and order the same breakfast [half boiled egg with dark soya sauce] then, same thing will happened.... Ah boy's teeth and mouth is the darkest!

Our favourite past time:

No.1: spending our pocket money on the last mama shop (towards Boon Lay shopping central from Blk188) ti gam-ti gam Super Mario cards =P haha ha! The lucky person of the day is the one who got the golden card of Super Mario!!!

No.2: pretend to be adult shopping around with our toys using American Express card which we draw ourself.

No.3: having our own imaginary friend.

No.4: often tell a same old lie to ah mah that our form teacher ask us to buy drawing block... She will give us $ for buying drawing block but ended up we will be buying tibits downstairs, playing at playground & followed by shopping at Boon Lay shopping cental. Last stop will always be at a same shop just checking the prices of different dolls and viewing our favourite [kissing] necklace... than... back home without a drawing block =.=!

Hahaaha ha.... Now I wonder if ah mah know that buying drawing block is just a lie from us?
But we cannot have her answer anymore...

Joey: It's torturing! It has already been more than 6 months and my rash doesn't go away. The rash is usually red and may look like scratch marks. It will blotch up red eventhough I avoid scratching. It can be every part of the body, and then disappear within an hour time and come back again. I can only take medications to control the itch and redness.Especially at night.=( I try not to depend too much on medication (which caused drowsiness) and cut down on seafood, alcohol and chicken (which are bad for skin)! I even use non-perfumed moisturiser and soap but it doesn't seems to work. Recently, it appear on my face! *Sighz=(* It is driving me INSANE!!! =(

Okok... most people will feels that we are anti-social girls who just enjoy being with the same old group. Nah...it is just that those are the ONLY few who is Trusthworthy and Loyal. Heh heh heh...

Recently, we had missed updating pictures of some important parts in our life. This blog has to go on! It's sweet memories of our friendship! And it is going to last as long as we live... heh heh heh...but...but... but... nobody has the time to do it... that's because...work and play is so busy. Mj and poker 21 is so additive for auntie like us. Ok, we shall update photos soon! meanwhile, let's see...

Ant gets tired of blogging because she was addicted to her new game "The Pet Society" on the facebook! She used to be so ZB at work but now she becoming BZ... y? Her job hasn't changed. Her title hasn't changed. But her boss has changed! haha!Can you adjust to serving a new boss, for better or for worse?Dealing with a new boss when your relationship with your old boss was good, perhaps even better than with the new boss, can be demanding, even stressful. This is what our dear ant is facing right now... hmmm...

Sharon is having bad times at work. much worst than changing to a new boss. Arrrghhhh no common sense! arrghhhh too much rules and regulations! Come on... I am a mother of 2 ... why are they still treating me like a baby? Joey joey -san... pls help! I need your boss! I am willing to work extract hard for a good boss! A boss who will appreciate... otherwise...it's a hell place to work in!

It's going to be both exciting and rewarding, the role offers the opportunity to plan my own day, set my own goals and, hopefully, achieve them. Shot at it and should give it a try! =p

Yipii.... Went to watch IP man @ Bishan 12am 03 Jan 2009 with my cute darling, nicer den what i thought =) Coz i actually don't like tat 'XiaoLong' show so I thought his shi fu movie will be same as him =P Heehee...! A secret to tell you all... I Love to watch Mid-Night movie since young =P Whenever my JiuJiu shout to us... Lets go watch Mid-Night today!! We will all shout 'YEAH...!!' jump up and prepare ourselve from whatever we're doing =D not knowing what show is it =.='' & walk about 15mins from AhMa's house to Boon Lay Central. I miss the days when I'm still so small, tiny & cute.. Joey & Me staying with AhMa, AhGong & all 4 JiuJius + AhKeng AhYi =( I miss everyone now..! It's sis birthday on 21 Dec 2008. I have booked a ktv room for her as a gift. Jie fu bought her this birthay cake. =D Just want to let her know that I love her very much. hehe.. I took care of her alot when she was a baby, I was only 13. Some nights when my parents are out or busy with stuff and work. 1 (8 ounce) container mascarpone cheese
Transparent Plastic Cups
1. When ready to serve, mix cheese, liqueur and sugar until smooth; whisk in half-and-half to form a thick but pourable sauce. Unmold dessert, using ends of plastic wrap to remove it from pan; peel away wrap. Slice loaf, drizzle with sauce and sprinkle with chocolate.
Muffins
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup white sugar
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
1 egg, beaten
3/4 cup milk
1/3 cup vegetable oil
3 tablespoons white sugar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
Muffin Paper (cups)

DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease 12 muffin cups or line with paper muffin liners.
2. In a large bowl, combine flour, 1/2 cup sugar, baking powder, salt and chocolate chips. Add egg, milk and oil; stir just until batter is moistened. Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups, filling about 3/4 full.
3. In a small bowl, stir together 3 tablespoons white sugar and 2 tablespoons brown sugar. Sprinkle sugar mixture over muffins.
4. Bake in preheated for 20 to 25 minutes, until golden brown. Remove immediately from pan.

nO... ...Not my wedding =P heehee... It's my dear Ivy's wedding =) Reached her house at 7am that day, almost forgot where she stay until that day I went there again... Used to go over for no reason, or meet her around there. But many yrs ago.. Mmm... She's the one out of two friends who can chit chat with me on the phone from late night all the way till next morning and mit up for breakfast w/o sleeping or hanging up the phone =.=' Still remember the days we met, heehe.. When I'm working as a promoter for Wella hair colour, she is working for Loreal ok.. So everyone thought we muz be enemy, but no... We actually became best friend there =) I miss the days we used to work together, heehee... Glad that she's married with a lovely hubby now!

Monday:

Sharon & Antz: Went pedicure at HeartLand Mall with ChuZhen after our long Monday blue, all of us like the same dark red colour (no.W44) which Sharon said it is Pig's Liver's colour. Haha ha! Not sure what is the brand they're using ~.~? Antz still prefer doing Pedicure at shaw tower =P Estebel Spa, they have nice colours & relaxing foot massage. After our pedicure, we had dinner at Qi Ji again~Po pia, mee siam, laksa. Heehee..

Tuesday:

Sharon, Ai & Antz: Had our delicious dinner in a hong kong cafe at AMK hub. As usual, all of us argeed to go back early for rest, but ended up happily shopping & forgot the time.. Heehee..!

Wednesday:

Sharon & Antz: Meet at kovan for dinner 8.30pm with Antz's hubby (Edward) after Sharon's fitness class =) as we planned to have Qi Ji's mee siam.. But.. -Sold out- Haiz... Was disappointed after we tried the Mee Rabus.. But after all, we still have a great day chatting & joking around =P

Thursday

Sharon, Ai & Antz: Again we meet for dinner... At bishan this time! Haha!Had our dinner & nice yami yogurt follow by shopping!! But didn't buy anything as we choose to relax at Macdonals after a tired day =D Laughed & talked alot until... ...

Friday (Today):

Antz: sore throat is back again ='( can't eat or drink anything.. This time, it's very painful, laugh or chat is not possible as well..

I used to have pet hamsters. 1 die with eye disease. I was completely freak out when someone told me hamspters somethimes eat her own babies! I give the rest of them away because I was too afraid to see it with my own eye.

I went online to read abit about the different between mices and rats. Mices are poisonous wheras rats are not. Grap the last picture because I think it looks like some Disneyland characters. I love their expression. It reminds me of 1 of my favourite cartoon.. Ratatouille!

Kick-Box Aerobics work out to the max! Today, I feel like my bone is breaking. It was fun even thou I think I moves like monkey on the reflection. Haha! Sharon at least look human. The package is worth it for you! Full body work out and can give JS a suprise on March! haha! Me and Joanne still prefered Hiphop class but it seems like we are too old plus no time. No energy liao. Hmm... But we do enjoy watching Hiphop performance alot. It's so cool!! We had our dinner after movie and shopping... Bb Robin came to pick me up at the end of the day, it was so nice to be back in his arm again. I show him the high kicks! WaHaha!

Yesterday, after our fun & tiring kickboxing class, we had very very nice lunch at Qi Ji, luckily Sharon asked me to take this photos for our blog =D heehee..! Those are a few of our favourite local dishes!! Tempting for more today but my darling prefered to have his wan tan mee & fried carrot cake which is delicous too! Heehee...

After our lunch ysterday, we went to Joey's house for a rest and then get ready for our Sunday Movie at Bishan! MADAGASCAR 2! We Love it! It's a Must to watch Movie ^-^ So funny & cute making us laughing out loud from the start of the show. I don't mind watching 2nd or 3rd times =P Ok! I gonna prepare myself le, time to go home soon ^-^ wonder if I should bring my lovely Laptop home?? But it'll be very heavy to bring it to work tomorrow oh.. Mmm... ??

We are now at Kovan Macdonals! Heehee... We wake early just for the Big Breakfast la! Looking forward to our kickboxing workout @ Amore fitness club, 2.30pm appointment. =P Feeling fat as we had oily food recently. Exp last Thurday, we went Tepanyaki for bobby's bday celebration. The cheif added too much MSG... but still enjoy it alot as we love MSG! haha!!! nOLA... we mean as long we are together... eat bread also happy. haha!! *Sharon say not her* lol... not steady. haha! As usual, took some pictures with X'mas tree in Takashimaya. YEAH! X'mas mood lah.... haha!!

We cant wait for X'mas! Planning to go Aris's house for a big feast. It will also be our Muffins Baking day! Hoping to make some cheese cakes too =) with our 3 bottles of Bacardi =P

Heehee... Wonder y everybody is waiting for someone to start this blog? Shy? Or Don't know what to write?? (But can talk so much in MSN) =.=? Another one kept asking ppl to start posting something in our blog but she herself don't start it (And so Free...kept checking bags online) =.=!
In order not to let this blog 'forgotten' I gonna start it with self introduction,
わたしは Joanne ですどぞ、よろしくおねがいします。 The most rewarding things I've done this year is understanding Japanese language at least Basic like ' わさび ' haha ha! So don't be afraid that we will buy the wrong tibits again w/o wasabi.
Daohu, daogua & daopok... is the food i dislike the most =P It's tastless even boiled with black sauce. Milo, Teh ni, hot water... I only like it when it's cold ~ ice milo, bubble tea, ice water.
Red wine is my favourite but too bad Edward the guai gia doesn't like it =( ended up I always drink alone when we planned to drink it together, so I perfer drinking it with my girls.

Yes! I love Holidays~ with my darling Edward who always take care of whatever we need & I just spend every happy holidays with no worries! Shopping~ with Joey because her eyes is as fast as thunder choosing the nicest things I need, Fishing (especially sotong)~ with Sharon even there is no single fish I will not feel boring, Movies (Hate watching the Hill have eyes #@#!$%!!)~ with Kelly and I will not feel afraid alone when it come to the scariest part haha.. Taiwan & H.K. drama (love & funny show) which I really like... 我的野蛮奶奶，凤凰四重奏，转角遇到爱，命中主定我爱你，无敌三宝妹. Love having nice Dinner~ with Aris.. whenever she bring LiLo out & she will always Laugh out Loud. KTV I love it~ But I HATE going ktv with Joey & Aris =( one with a singer voice, another sing like Ah Mei =.=" Me? I just act as passerby =P
Party, tanning, music, games, sms & roller bladding is my favourite as well, that is why I really love my dear Edward for buying me all my favourite stuffs ipod, psp, laptop, roller blade, bikini, handphone...etc...

X'mas is My favourite day! A day I always look forward to every year no matter who I spend it with =) Of coz I will be more happy spending it with my Love one & all my favourite best friends ^^

Edward's birthday, it is a most headache day every year for me =.='' What? Where? How??? Questions for myself & my sisters' will started 2-3 mths b4 his birthday. haha!
